As a first-time buyer, I was pretty skeptical at first about whether I was making a good decision in TDG Depot. I didn't know very much about the car buying process, or what I should even look for in a good vehicle. TDG Depot made it EXCEPTIONALLY easy for me! I loved it. The environment was great, the employees were always completely willing to help out and I never felt as if I was being pressured into making a purchase that I might not have been ready for. They helped me find an amazing car that I'm absolutely in love with, by the way, and they were very proficient in making sure their customers had everything we needed. I heard about this place from a friend and was definitely grateful that he recommended it to me. Everyone asks me where I got my car from for such a good deal and I proudly say "TDG Depot" I recommend it to all my friends as well. I never thought car buying could be as painless as it was at TDG Depot.

I actually used them for both buying a new car and selling my old car. I consigned my Civic there, they told me the price might be a little high but they will make something happen, which it seems like they do. There were numerous people on the lot being help. I was helped by 2 Car Advisors there. They helped me consign my car and prepare everything to be ready to sell. 3 days later, I received a call from another Car Advisor asking me if I would take 300 off my asking price because there was a small engine leak. THEY CALLED ME!!!!! even though I gave them a high AND low price to sell my car, and this price the person was asking was right down the middle of both my prices, THEY STILL CALLED TO ASK IF IT WAS OK!!! soo I happily agreed.

Who said the car buying process had to be difficult? TDG Depot seems to have eliminated the often dreaded aspects of buying a used car making things both convenient and hassle-free! From the moment I contacted Cody to the "photo op" with Jason , my experience could not have been better. I purchased a 2002 GMC Yukon XL 1500 after searching for days (and nights) using the various online resources available. In the process, I stumbled upon the Yukon and inquired about it. I received a call from Cody and, admittedly, I recognized right off the bat that something was different about these guys. There was no hassle, no pressure, and their consignment "uniqueness" was explained to me which certainly caught my attention. Living more than 120 miles away , the last thing I wanted to do was drive to Los Angeles without due diligence along with a bit of certainty that I'd found what I was looking for. In stepped Jason . I called the location where the vehicle was located and explained my circumstances...i.e., the photos don't always tell the entire story of vehicle's condition and I wanted to get my questions answered before committing to the drive. Jason went above and beyond to make sure that all of my question (a lengthy list) were answered in detail including my request for additional photos. Taking everything into consideration, I was pretty sure that I had found the right vehicle for me and my family. So last Saturday, I loaded up the car with some friends and made the drive up and I couldn't be happier. So, if you are in the need for a clean, low mileage used vehicle, may I suggest that you visit the folks at on Broad St.. When you walk in, you'll recognize their different, yet refreshing, approach to the used car buying business. No hassling like other dealerships, spending 2 or 3 hours haggling prices!! Real short, to the point business. I got in the seat of my new 2004 Accord (what can I say, I am a Honda man). That was 2 and a half months ago and everything is still running smoothly
